Salary Range: $24,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • We pay for your licensing if you want to build a career in insurance.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
  • Prior insurance sales experience at least 1 year.
Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established .
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Ask each customer for referrals
  • Apply cross and up-sell opportunities
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.
  • Attend industry events to network and build relationships.
  • Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
  • And others assigned by the manager
