Customer Service Representative
Job Overview
Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. Our Customer Service Representative is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats.
The Customer Service Representative position will involve answering phones, providing customer service to agency owners, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the district manager or office manager.
An Insurance License is not required to start this position but there is a substantial bonus to salary once employee is licensed.
Salary Range: $20.50 - $26.00 per year

Requirements
- Some college experience or Associates degree.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for running reports on agents numbers/sales and reporting numbers to district office.
- Manage newsletters and flyers updating the agents about recent changes and happenings within the district and company.
- Answer phone calls from agents and direct them appropriately.
- Assist district office staff in their duties when necessary.
- Assist agency owners with technology and system updates.
