Requirements

Licensing: Must hold a valid State of Illinois Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients.

Customer-Focused: A strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer service to meet client needs.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions to client concerns and issues.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities seamlessly.

Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, including CRM software, for daily tasks.

Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Engage with clients by handling inquiries, providing necessary information and assistance with a positive and professional demeanor.

Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Problem Solving: Efficiently troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring client satisfaction remains high.

Account Management: Assist in the maintenance and updating of client accounts, ensuring all information is current and accurate.

Feedback Integration: Regularly report customer feedback to the management for service and product improvements.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance the client experience and address their needs comprehensively.
