Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with customers of diverse backgrounds.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve issues efficiently and effectively.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Customer-Oriented: A passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Availability: Must be willing to work onsite in Rockford, Illinois.

Responsibilities

Answering and managing inbound customer calls, ensuring prompt and efficient service.

Assisting customers with inquiries, providing clear and concise information on products and services.

Resolving customer issues and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.

Communicating effectively with team members and other departments to provide seamless service.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

Documenting customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

Contributing to the team by providing feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
