J. Navarro Insurance Agency (Farmers Insurance) is seeking a licensed, experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Producer for a fully remote, part-time role (20 hours per week).

This position offers a competitive base pay of $20/hour, tiered new business commission, and long-term renewal commission eligibility for consistent performers.

Leads Provided: You will receive fresh California homeowners leads daily, along with access to cancelled policy and requote opportunities, and cross-sell opportunities within our existing book of business.

We provide backend service support so you can focus on what you do best — quoting, presenting value, and closing business.

This is a structured, performance-driven environment designed for confident producers who are comfortable selling homeowners and bundled personal lines coverage in California.

Active California Property & Casualty License (Required)

Minimum 2 years personal lines sales experience preferred

Quote and sell California homeowners' insurance

Cross-sell and bundle auto, umbrella, and other personal lines coverage

Work assigned inbound leads and pipeline opportunities

Requote cancelled and lost business accounts.

Conduct proactive cross-sell reviews within the existing client base

Follow structured sales processes and maintain CRM documentation.

Consistently meet monthly production targets
