Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires a solid understanding of commercial insurance products and strong communication skills to work with clients, underwriters, and other team members.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
-You must be property and casualty licensed in your home state or CA (Non-negotiable)
-Experience: 2+ years in commercial insurance (CSR, Account Manager, or similar role preferred).
-Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial lines (BOP, General Liability, Workers Comp, Commercial Auto, Property, etc.).
-Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
-Tech Savvy: Comfortable using agency management systems, email, and remote collaboration tools.
-Work Style: Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
As a Commercial Insurance Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our agency by:
-Servicing and managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
-Providing exceptional client support by handling policy changes, certificates, billing questions, and coverage inquiries.
-Communicating effectively with clients, underwriters, and carriers to ensure policies are properly quoted, bound, and maintained.
-Assisting with renewals, gathering information, preparing applications, and supporting documents.
