We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated to succeed and eager to make an impact. This role offers a base salary, competitive commission structure, and bonuses, providing unmatched earning potential. Agents have had year-end earnings between $55,000 and top performers have made over $125,000. You will be responsible for helping clients secure the right coverage while building lasting relationships and achieving sales goals. Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
  • Knowledge of Allstate products and brokered home insurance policies preferred.
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and build relationships through outbound calls and warm follow-ups.
  • Provide quotes and sell Allstate auto, home, and personal lines policies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Offer tailored coverage recommendations across brokered carrier platforms.
  • Proactively manage client renewals and identify cross-selling opportunities.
