We’re hiring a District Relationship & Retention Specialist (DRRS) to join our leadership team. In this full-time, remote-first role, you’ll support the growth and success of both new and existing agency owners across our Farmers Insurance district. You'll be the primary relationship builder—focusing on recruitment, retention, and performance support.

• This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives on connection, strategy, and empowering others to succeed. Monthly travel to Redding, CA is required. Preference given to candidates in Northern California.

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of experience with Farmers Insurance (required)
• Previous experience in a Farmers agency, district, or regional office
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven relationship-building and client management skills
• Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy (CRM familiarity preferred)

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience as a Farmers Agent
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Based in Northern California or able to travel monthly to Redding, CA

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Identify and recruit prospective Farmers agency owners
• Guide new candidates through the onboarding journey

Support for Existing Business Owners

• Serve as a mentor and advisor to agency owners and their teams
• Implement strategies that improve retention and operational excellence

Training & Development

• Collaborate with leadership to develop tools and training
• Support local rollouts of corporate and district initiatives

CRM & Communication Management

• Use CRM tools to maintain ongoing support and performance tracking
• Identify areas for improvement through data and feedback

Networking & Event Planning

• Coordinate district events, webinars, and networking opportunities
• Strengthen brand presence and agent engagement across the region
