Licensing & Experience

• Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health license (or obtain within 90 days)
• At least 1 year of sales experience (2+ preferred)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Sales & Client Management

• Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Sell and cross-sell personal lines and life insurance products
• Perform risk assessments and guide clients through the application process

Customer Service

• Address client questions, concerns, and service needs
• Support annual policy reviews and recommend updates
• Maintain accurate client records and system updates

Administrative & Team Support

• Keep CRM and internal systems current
• Refer complex service issues to leadership when needed
• Participate in training and contribute to team culture
