Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Licensing & Experience

• Series 6 or 7, Series 63, and state life insurance license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in life or financial services

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales (preferred)
• Previous experience with financial services, insurance, or financial planning

• Willing to relocate to Redding, CA if not already local

Sales & Client Solutions

• Partner with Farmers Insurance agents to offer financial products to referred clients
• Prospect and network to build your client base
• Offer tailored financial solutions such as life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds

Business Development & Strategy

• Operate your independent financial practice within the FSA framework
• Develop long-term business plans for client retention and growth
• Provide exceptional service and build strong client relationships

Training & Compliance

• Complete training provided by Farmers on products and licensing
• Stay current with industry standards and compliance regulations
• Utilize Farmers' systems and support for business operations
