Experience: Previous experience in automotive estimating or a related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate estimates and exceptional service delivery. Customer-Focused: A passion for providing outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics. Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive repair and service processes is a plus.

Client Interaction: Communicate with customers to assess their automotive service needs and provide accurate estimates. Estimate Management: Ensure timely and accurate completion of service estimates for customers based on their vehicle repair requirements. Service Recommendations: Offer recommendations for additional services or repairs based on customer needs and vehicle condition. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of estimates, services provided, and customer interactions. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions related to service estimates. Team Collaboration: Work closely with service technicians and other team members to coordinate service appointments and repairs.
