Requirements
  • No previous experience is required! Must be willing to learn the insurance industry and obtain and Property and Casulaty License.
  • Preferred candidate would have precious sales or insurance experience.
  • Familiarity with fundamental computer software and applications.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
  • Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Polite, courteous, and professional phone manner.
Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
