Job Overview
As our Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to close warm, high-quality leads provided by our marketing team. In addition, you'll take on light leadership duties that support the growth and performance of the sales team. This role is perfect for a strong closer who naturally encourages others and thrives in a positive, structured, and goal-driven environment.
Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Proven success in sales; insurance experience a plus.

Responsibilities
- Engage with vetted, warm leads provided daily.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to match clients with the right insurance products.
- Build, present, and close insurance quotes (auto, home, life, business, etc.).
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records.Offer guidance and support to sales representatives as needed.
- Provide insight to leadership about team needs, performance trends, and lead quality.
- Help foster a positive, accountable, growth-oriented sales culture.
- Lead by example in professionalism, consistency, and client care.
