Here at Farmers Insurance-Kasallis Agency, we are seeking Telemarketer to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by building relationships and gaining the trust of individuals to quote to new and existing clients that meet their individual and business needs. Because sales is the lifeline of every company, we make it a priority to monetize and incentivize performance on a personal level.

Our Agency has achieved the Blue Vase Award of Excellence for Life Insurance Policies written. We are extremely passionate about Life Insurance and helping people understand the importance of protecting their families.

Why are we different? We are a family owned and operated Insurance Agency. We promote a unique campaign that is specific to our Agency, called "Quotes for a Cause". Each month we partner with a local non-profit or charity. For each person that calls in for a no-obligation quote, we will make a financial donation to the partnering charity. We believe in giving back to the community we live in. Insurance is what we do; Giving back is who we are!

Compensation Information:

This full-time Telemarketer position comes with an hourly wage along with pay for each line of business you create for our acquisition team. In addition to the base salary, there are commission earnings that range from $1500-$3500, although there is no cap to commission earnings. There is a realistic opportunity to make six-figures selling insurance!!!

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Previous experience in insurance preferred but not required. Licensed producers will fall on the higher side of the sliding base!
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Social personality
  • Obtain Life/Health license within the first 3 months of employment.
Responsibilities
  • Present and gather information to quote policies to new and existing clients.
  • Expand business reach through networking techniques.
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
  • Build a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Attend marketing events and community network events (not required outside of office hours).
