• Texas P&C License required.
• Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer effiecient and comfortable with CRM tools
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Manage inbound customer calls to assist with policy inquiries, updates, and service-related questions.
• Conduct high volume outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met.
• Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to provide accurate and efficient service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Stay informed on product offerings and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
