Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Active Life & Health insurance license
• 1-2 years of Life Insurance Experience is REQUIRED
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients
• Sales mindset with a desire to earn based on performance
• Comfortable with outreach (calls, follow-ups, and networking)
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required)
• Bilingual skills (preferred, not required)

• Connect with individuals and families to assess life insurance needs
• Present customized coverage solutions and explain policy options
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline consistently
• Generate new business through referrals, outreach, and networking
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and compliance requirements
