We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Agent with a proven track record in the industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate policies. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.

hourly + commission + bonus

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Hold a valid Property and Casualty license
  • At least one year experience in the Insurance Industry
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Review current client renewals.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and other lead databases
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Take premium payments from customers..
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
  • Responds to all inquiries, alerts cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
