***Hiring Immediately***

During this six-to-twelve-month process you will get paid training to earn your insurance licenses from the state of Oregon and go through the award-winning University of Farmer training program. 

Once you have met all your goals, you will have the opportunity to own an agency. This is a chance to run your own business your way all while having a flexible schedule.

Salary Range: $2,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
