Job Overview
Jennie Valdez/ Farmers Agency is seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance service representative to join our growing Insurance agency. This role focuses on generating new business lead for our producers, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet customer needs.
Salary Range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Requirements
strong Communication and customer service skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Self-Motivated and goal-oriented
Basic computer skills and ability to learn agency systems
be Coachable, fast learner, and resourceful
Active Insurance License (or willing to obtain within 45 days )
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and community outreach
- service insurance policies (auto, home, commercial, life)
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents
- work on service, renewals alerts
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
