Sales, customer service, or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Insurance license (P&C and/or Life & Health) preferred or willingness to obtain
Learn the fundamentals of insurance sales by working directly with clients and prospects
Build, manage, and grow a personal book of business year over year
Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
Meet or exceed individual sales goals while progressing through the training program
Learn agency operations including marketing, client retention, and compliance
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training future team members
Develop leadership skills through coaching, mentorship, and hands-on experience
Participate in structured training, performance reviews, and career development planning
