Compensation

Estimated Annual Earnings:

$75,000 – $100,000+ per year

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (insurance, B2B, retail, or consultative sales backgrounds encouraged)

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred, but not required

• Must be able to obtain required licenses prior to starting (study materials provided)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/insurance software

• Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on insurance coverage options including auto, home, life, business, and specialty lines

• Prospect, develop, and manage new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling

• Present insurance proposals and explain coverage options clearly

• Assist clients with policy changes, claims questions, and service needs

• Stay current on industry trends, products, and Iowa insurance regulations

• Collaborate with district leadership and team members to meet sales goals

• Participate in training programs to enhance sales and product knowledge
