Farmers Insurance – Iowa (District 30) is expanding and seeking a motivated Client Engagement Specialist to join a local agency team.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, automotive, banking, or call center environments
Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, and written)
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects
Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, quoting platforms)
Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment
Willingness and ability to obtain Iowa Property & Casualty license (if not already licensed)
Ability to pass background check required for state licensing
Preferred Qualifications
Active Iowa Property & Casualty license
Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain)
Experience with consultative selling or cross-selling
Experience meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus in all Iowa markets
Experience using social media or local networking to generate business
Follow up on inbound quote requests (auto, home, renters, small business)
Proactively generate new business through outbound outreach
Cross-sell and bundle policies to increase account value
Build relationships with clients and uncover additional coverage needs
Support client retention through proactive account reviews
Utilize CRM systems to track activity and pipeline
Participate in daily sales coaching and skill development sessions
Collaborate with team members to drive agency growth
