Requirements

Strong communication skills and confidence talking with new people

Competitive mindset with a desire to earn based on performance

Self-starter who can work independently and stay organized

Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and handling objections

Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Must be willing to obtain required insurance licenses (training support provided)

Responsibilities

Develop new business through calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement

Meet with prospective clients to assess needs and recommend insurance solutions

Cross-sell and upsell within an existing book of business

Build long-term client relationships through proactive service and follow-up

Learn agency operations, sales strategy, and business development from an experienced mentor

Track activity and results to hit monthly and quarterly production goals
