Are you an experienced veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $35,000 to $42,000 and our top earners made over $35,000 in commission last year."

Requirements

Licensing: Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or related field advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Client Focus: Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client needs.

Adaptability: Ability to excel in a hybrid remote work environment while maintaining productivity.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the capability to foster positive team relationships.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Interact with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer personalized advice.

Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, address inquiries, and provide solutions.

Account Management: Manage client accounts, customize insurance plans, and ensure client needs are met.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand client insurance coverage and enhance their portfolios.

Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.

Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry trends and changes to offer relevant and up-to-date advice.
