Upon successfully completing the program, you’ll have the chance to take over an established book of business and own your own agency—with no capital requirement and no franchise fees. This is more than just a job; it’s the foundation for your long-term career!

What You’ll Do:

Develop Leads & Build Relationships: Prospect daily to identify customer needs, schedule appointments, and market the appropriate insurance products.

Grow Your Client Pool: Create relationships through networking, cold calling, and referrals, turning prospects into loyal clients.

Mentorship & Guidance: Work closely with a mentor agent who will help you set and achieve marketing and sales goals, and provide ongoing coaching.

Client Support: Respond to customer calls and emails regarding coverage, policy changes, and claims, delivering excellent service.

Organize & Follow-Up: Keep accurate records of client interactions, manage documents, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ongoing Training & Skill Development: Attend in-person or remote training classes to continuously build your knowledge and skills in the insurance industry.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (a plus, but not required)

Familiarity with the insurance industry (also a plus, but not necessary)


Base pay plus

Signing Bonus: Available when transitioning to Agency Ownership
