• Hourly base pay: $17-$20 per hour
• First-year earnings of $50,000+ (base + commission + bonuses)

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Able to learn and apply sales strategies effectively

• Follow up with warm leads to educate and close on insurance solutions
• Provide expert guidance on coverage options tailored to client needs
• Set and exceed sales goals within defined timeframes
• Conduct professional client communications by phone, email, and in person
• Support clients with policy changes, questions, and new product opportunities
