We are seeking a Licensed Commercial Insurance Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our agency’s growth, using your licensed expertise to provide outstanding service, drive new business, and contribute to a collaborative environment. With a base salary ranging from $41,640 to $49,960, plus commission potential of $21,600 to $36,000, your first-year earnings could range from $63,240 to $85,960, with even more opportunities through commission and bonuses.

Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Licensing: Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of insurance experience, ideally with State Farm, Allstate, or Farmers Insurance.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Agency Zoom, APEX, and Adobe Acrobat.
Skills:
- Effective communication and empathy when engaging with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving goals.
- Creativity in problem-solving and finding efficient solutions.
- Coachable, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Preferred: Fluent in a language other than English and knowledge of California’s insurance landscape.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Client Guidance: Generate and provide commercial insurance quotes, consult prospective clients, and leverage agency training to match client needs with ideal coverage solutions.
- Exceptional Client Experience: Ensure all clients have a positive experience; handle questions, address objections, and provide empathetic and professional assistance.
- Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate client records in the CRM, documenting interactions to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Team Development and Collaboration: Join daily team huddles, celebrate team achievements, contribute strategic ideas, and participate in continuous skill-building.
- Integrity and Accountability: Operate with integrity, foster a team-centric mindset, and work diligently to meet or exceed team and individual goals.
- Adaptability and Growth: Embrace coaching, adapt to new challenges, and pursue growth by developing your unique skills.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Be flexible and proactive in supporting team objectives and agency goals.
