Qualifications for Success: What You Bring

  • Licensing (Required): Must currently hold or be willing and able to obtain Texas General Lines Licenses for both Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life, Accident & Health (L&H) within a specified timeframe.
  • Sales Mindset: A strong work ethic, a resilient attitude, and the ability to handle customer rejection gracefully.
  • Proven Performer: Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals or a strong drive to do so.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organization: The ability to multi-task, follow through, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

Your Role on the Team: Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Proactively develop leads, schedule appointments, and utilize phone and email to connect with potential clients.
  • Consult & Sell: Develop insurance quotes, make compelling sales presentations, and confidently close sales using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
  • Build Relationships: Establish strong client relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction, identify new needs, and find cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide 5-Star Service: Handle customer inquiries (coverages, policy changes, billing) with prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
  • Be a Team Player: Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, maintaining a strong work ethic and a total commitment to success every day.
