• Must have or be willing to obtain the General Lines: Property & Casualty License within a certain time frame.

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Developing leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance products and services
• Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Identify opportunity to cross-sell other lines of business
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding inquiries such as insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and new business production goals
• Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
