As a Full-Time Insurance Sales Producer, you will work closely with individuals, families, and small businesses to guide them through informed insurance decisions with confidence. This role offers the advantage of provided leads, allowing you to focus on delivering solutions, closing business, and developing long-term client relationships

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty license required

• General Lines Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain with agency support

• Coachable, self-driven, and committed to continuous growth and professional development

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first approach

• Organized with excellent follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Customer-focused problem solver with prior sales and/or customer service experience

Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed new business production and sales targets
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and trusted insurance guidance
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, email outreach, and strategic prospecting efforts
  • Drive agency growth by effectively leveraging phone, email, and agency-provided leads and prospect lists
  • Manage daily appointments, calls, and correspondence while working both independently and collaboratively within the agency team
