What we’re looking for:
Prior customer service or insurance experience preferred
Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty license preferred; Life & Health license is a plus
- Bring a positive, high-energy attitude that creates a great customer experience
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through consistently
- Confident working independently while staying aligned with team goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (attention to detail matters)
- Resourceful problem-solver who can think quickly and deliver solutions
Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Document each customer contact in CRM.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
