As a Protege, you'll work directly alongside a successful Farmers Agent Mentor, gaining hands-on experience in sales, client relationships, marketing, business operations, and leadership. You'll learn what it takes to build and grow a successful agency while developing the skills needed to pursue your own agency opportunity.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Prior Sales Experience.
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
