• Must hold valid Arizona state-required licenses for specific lines of insurance (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
• Willing to obtain a Arizona Life and Health Insurance License. We will help!
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Comfortable using technology and web-based platforms in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools and software.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly self-motivated.

• Sales and Prospecting: Actively identifying new prospects, generating leads, and selling life, health, property, and casualty insurance policies.
• Client Consultation: Interviewing clients to assess their financial needs, analyzing current coverage, and tailoring insurance programs to fit those needs.
• Policy Administration: Explaining policy features, calculating premiums, establishing payment methods, and processing applications.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients to retain their business, conducting annual reviews, and offering additions or changes to policies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining accurate records, staying current with state regulations, and adhering to ethical standards
