Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active insurance license (required before start date).
  • Proficiency with computers and telephone systems for managing client interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Social media savvy—comfortable using online platforms to engage with prospects.
  • Understanding of AI tools and their use in optimizing business processes.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
Responsibilities
  • Generate and retain new business through proactive outreach and referrals.
  • Handle inbound leads and quote requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain business hours (9 AM–5 PM) while managing your workflow autonomously.
  • Be accountable to agency-set weekly performance standards.
  • Attend networking events and business meet-ups to expand your professional connections.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture by contributing to our collaborative environment.
