The Jebron Thompson Insurance Agency is looking for a confident, high-energy self-starter to join our team as a bilingual Licensed Insurance Customer Representative. Our office is located near Cheyenne and Torrey Pines here in Las Vegas. 

ABOUT THE COMPANY: We are a highly successful multi-line insurance agency located in the Northwest area of the Las Vegas valley.  

PRIMARY TASKS: Customer service, Schedule Life Appointments, Client Retention, Policy Review, Payment Processing, Cross Sell, Quoting.

Customer Service Experience

Make and follow up on multiple outgoing texts and calls daily.  

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Document each customer contact in various CRM platforms.

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Take premium payments from customers.

Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Handle customer renewals.
