Jayson Hoffer Farmers Agency is seeking an experienced Farmers professional to join their successful team for the role of Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Producer/Customer Service Representative. Salary Range: $37,440.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Bi-monthly paychecks on the 10th and 25th of the month.

$100.00 per pay period health insurance perdiem after 90 days of employment.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional Saturdays as necessary.

Experience as a licensed Property & Casualty Agent is preferred.

Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer service and sales experience.

Good operational computing skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Internet Browsers).

Work well with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience.

Confident self-starter who works well independently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to multi-task.

Strong organizational skills.

Client focused.

Must pass background check.

Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Become familiar with products, services, and systems.

Contribute to agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling, and new initiatives.

Implement marketing strategies to identify and build the agency with new clientele.

Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
