We provide consistent on-site training and growth opportunities, as well. All leads are provided by the agency to ensure success. Property and Casualty license not required to apply, but you must have a proven track record of strong sales experience.

Entry-level applicants start with a base salary of $40,000 and average at least $40,000-$50,000 in commissions in their first year.

Experienced candidates start with a base salary of $50,000 and top performers in our agency made $60,000 in additional commission last year.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Must be willing to obtain your Property and Casualty Insurance license within 2 weeks of job offer. We guide you through this process and reimburse for training materials after 90 day probationary period. Must have high problem solving skills and bring a great attitude to work every day.

• Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
• Ensure that the Jayne Young Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
• Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
• Responsible for accurate underwriting.
• Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.

Seeking driven individuals to protect and amaze new clients. NO INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED and I actually prefer those without experience so we can teach them our way of doing business. A P&C License is required for the position, but I can show someone how to get it. Process takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks.
