Requirements
  • A current insurance license is preferred, but unlicensed individuals will be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct client consultations and needs assessments to understand and meet their insurance requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of insurance products and educate clients on their options.
  • Generate quotes and craft effective sales strategies to meet individual and team goals.
  • Recommend policies tailored to client needs and close sales effectively.
  • Provide claims support and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Engage in networking and community development to foster relationships and expand the agency's reach.
