Salary Range: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of insurance sales and client management
- Prospect and develop leads through phone outreach, email, and networking
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and business development workshops
- Assist with customer relationship management and follow-ups
- Gain insights into agency operations, goal setting, and strategic planning
