Remote Insurance Sales Producer


Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, trustworthy person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. Salary Range: $4,500.00 - $9,000.00 per month

~ Auto Ins (Standard) Line 10 (6mo) (ex: $1451 for 6 month auto policy earns $72.55 in Commission)

~ Auto Ins through National General (6mo)

~ Home Insurance Line 70 (12mo) (ex: $1764 for 12 month home policy earns $88.20 in Commission)

~ Condo Insurance Line 78 (12mo)

~ Renters Insurance Line 71 (12mo)

~ Landlord Insurance Line 72 (12mo)

~ Umbrella Policy Line 88 (12mo)

~ Motorcycle Line 16 (12mo)

~ Boat/Watercraft Line 80 (12mo)

Bonuses

~ $1000 bonus by writing 10 cars on a line 10 Auto Insurance Policy for the month.

These must be new to Allstate customers and business submitted and issued by the end of the month.

Details

Must be on from 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm, minus one hour for lunch = 8 hour days

Five days a week.

Fully Remote.

We provide a Microsoft Surface Pro 7+ to handle all business, even phone calls.

You must have high speed internet and wifi.

Helps if you are a beat on the computer.

P&C License required.

 



Requirements
  • Helps if you are a best on the computer.
  • Really helps if you have an expansive knowledge and experience with Microsoft and Google Software, Zoom, Phone calls over headsets or VOIP and other general CRM capabilities.
  • Must really love sales and working with people.
  • If you are the leader of your group, this job is more likely to be a fit.

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • Prior Sales Experience.
  • Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Successful sales background.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Be capable of handling customer rejection.
  • Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Be able to write 1-3 items each day.
  • Be able to quote at least 10 people per day.
  • Be able to make 80 phones calls if you don't have 10 quotes
  • Handle incoming internet leads and live transfers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Generating insurance quotes.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
  • Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
  • Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
