Previous telemarketing or inside sales experience is a plus.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

A positive and persistent attitude.

Ability to learn and articulate product/service information clearly.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Reliability and a strong work ethic.

Spanish is a also a plus.

Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Javier Calvo-Farmers Insurance Agency's products and services.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our insurance offerings.

Identify potential customer needs and qualify leads for our sales team.

Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for insurance agents.

Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Achieve weekly and monthly call volume and lead generation targets.

Javier Calvo- Leer Truck Accessory center. A local retail and service truck accessory center with over 30 years in operation. We are the only Leer direct operation in the San Diego area. As the new owner I am taking this operation into new levels of local and online production goals.
