Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Hands on Training

Licensing: Active California Property & Casualty License is preferred. We can help if you don't have one.

Experience: Some Sales experience preferred or a great and eager attitude to learn.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer interaction. ( THIS IS A MUST).

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Focus on Cross sell Opportunities to grow Household policy counts.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer requests efficiently and effectively.

Provide detailed information on insurance policies, benefits, and coverages.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Schedule cross sell opportunities.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
