Licensing:( We can help apply).. Must hold a current California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience: Prior experience in any sales type position preferred. But not a must.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated experience in negotiating terms and closing sales effectively.
Customer-Oriented: A keen ability to understand client needs and provide client-focused solutions.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Prospect Development: Identify and establish relationships with prospective business clients.
Insurance Solutions: Develop customized insurance plans for businesses, ensuring adequate coverage for their unique operations.
Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals on a consistent basis.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Relationship Building: Nurture and build strong long-term client relationships to foster client loyalty and retention and cross sell opportunities.
