Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

- Previous experience in any sales is preferred. But not a Must - We have the best Training sales Lab.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.

- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

- Conduct outbound calls to generated leads / potential clients and introduce them to our insurance products.

- Educate potential clients on the benefits of working with our agency and the coverage options available.

- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.

- Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.

- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
