Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission
Hands on Training
Licensing: Must hold a current California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar field is an advantage but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability in sales with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
Customer-Centric: A proactive attitude towards solving customer problems and addressing their needs.
Motivated: Self-driven and enthusiastic about achieving targets.
Professionalism: Exhibit a high level of professionalism and a commitment to ethical practices.
Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential and current customers to understand their insurance needs and present suitable products. (95%) Phone call engagement!
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the agency through proactive selling and follow-ups. ( Very reasonably set with great incentives if goals are exceeded)!
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the insurance products offered and tailor them to meet customer needs.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales prospects through networking, direct referrals, and other prospecting methods. ( Mostly done with existing lead Cross sell opportunities).
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant information in the agency’s CRM system.
