We are seeking a driven individual that wants to learn and become a Business Insurance Sales Specialist. You will help businesses protect their assets, employees, and operations through tailored insurance solutions. This role focuses on identifying client needs, recommending appropriate commercial insurance products, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is self motivated, coachable, a team player and values unlimited earning potential.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Must have Property & Casualty license
• Must have transportation
• No experience in commercial sales necessary

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to local businesses
• Meet with business owners to secure quotes
• Prepare and present commercial insurance quotes
• Achieve target of 4 sales per month
• Review renewals annually
