Agency Protege Producer Program provides individuals seeking an entrepreneurial opportunity with access to a 12-month development program that will provide an opportunity to become an agent with Farmers Insurance.  You will work as a sales producer in my agency and have access to resources that can help you establish skillsets for future excellence that can lead to owning your own agency.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
