Entry-level applicants will begin with a $35,000-$40,000 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional compensation during their first year.

Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Some college coursework is preferred.
Sales Skills: Basic knowledge or experience in sales, especially within the insurance industry, is a plus.
Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills to engage clients and build relationships.
Customer Service: A strong focus on providing excellent service and support to customers.
Motivation: Driven and eager to learn and grow within the insurance sales field.
Must be able to obtain the Texas Property and Casualty license and pass the sate background.
Availability: Must be able to work onsite at our Rosharon, Texas location, with flexibility to accommodate clients’ schedules.
Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Bilingual Communication: Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and conversion strategies.
Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the insurance products offered by the agency to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve overall sales goals and support agency initiatives.
