Qualifications:

· MUST be coachable

· Must be self-motivated and determined

· Insurance experience not required

· Strong communications skills

· Must be willing to obtain Property/Casualty & Life/Health insurance licenses

· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

· Communicating with our incoming leads
