We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people???s lives. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, BUT must be 18 to be eligible for Insurance Licensing. As a Licensed Insurance Representative you will be part of a very successful team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. You will have the opportunity to work with a top approved mentor to teach you the ways of becoming an Agency Owner. As an Insurance Representative, you will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. You will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs. Salary range for this training period is based on Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus. Your efforts and willingness to learn will determine your income and success.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
